SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after full payment has been received. We generally use Australia Post or a courier company for larger orders. Postage time frames are as follows:

 

Standard Australia Post Shipping

Metro 2-10 Business Days 

Rural/Regional 2-13 Business Days

Australia Post Express Post 

Metro 1-4 Business Days

Rural/Regional 1-7 Business Days

Bulky Orders Couriered

Metro 2-10 Business Days

Rural Regional 2-17 Business Days

Shipping costs include GST and packaging and handling costs. If you are charged too much at the checkout for your postage, we will either send you a coupon for the difference or a refund for the difference. If you are under charged for your shipping, we will send you a text message /email to notify you the extra charge. We will send a separate invoice for that amount. If you decide to not go ahead with your order in this case, we can refund the order, less a $10 restocking fee. The extra shipping charge can be paid via any of our payment options. We are unable to refund any orders paid via Afterpay. In this case, we can either replace with another product of same value, or offer a coupon for further use.

Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process as buyers need to bear the cost of parcels or an extra shipping fee in the case that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. We may send you a text message or email to confirm your address.

If your package is returned to us due to an unclaimed, incorrect address etc, we will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any extra shipping costs incurred in this case.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

You can return any product/s for change of mind within 30 days of purchase. All we ask is that all products you are returning are in original condition with intact packaging, and your proof of purchase is included.

Please note: ​Online Afterpay and Laybuy purchases can only be exchanged  for equal or greater value. A restocking fee of $10 will be charged.

CANCELLATION

 If you request the cancellation before shipment, we will issue full refund EXCEPT PayPal handling fee (not refundable from PayPal) and packaging fee. Please be aware, cancelling an order will result in a $10 restocking fee, which will be taken off your refund amount. Please Note: Online Afterpay and Laybuy purchases can only be exchanged for equal or greater value.

LOST PACKAGE

If your parcel is shipped with tracking number and it is not delivered after 13 business days, you can contact us and we will check it out for you. Email: info@bsglitterworld.com

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

1. I received an incorrect or faulty item.

​

No one likes discovering that the product they bought is damaged, bags split or incorrect/missing items! In the unlikely event this happens, please reach out to us via email info@bsglitterworld.com.au, so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you, our customer.

2. What happens if I've placed an order and decide that you want to cancel it?

If your order hasn't yet been sent please send us a message via email info@bsglitterworld.com.au. If you have paid via Afterpay or Laybuy, we can only exchange your products for equal or greater value - No refunds.
Please be aware cancelling an order will result in a $10 restocking fee, which will be taken off your refund amount.

If your order has already been shipped, the items will need to be returned within 30 days, and in the same condition as they were when sent, before a refund is processed providing you have not paid via Afterpay or Laybuy.
